From 1989 -1995 worked for Leyland and Cadila groups, where he was responsible for Business and Project Management, where he maintained customer attrition at 5% and customer satisfaction of more than 95%. From 1996 to 2010 worked for TCS a global top IT company, where he Successfully completed 239 Projects in various industrial verticals, conducted workshops in various Technical and Management subjects. Drove the strategic direction of the Consulting Services in America, EMEA, Asia, and India. Since 2011 he has been in Education Sector, where he has parting his vast business and technology knowledge, Successfully completed 60 Projects in Banking Financial Services & Insurance (8), Government, Healthcare(9) others Industry Segments (2) and Coaching (45) in Nepal, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Vietanam and Mexico. He edited Brookings Paper on Education Policy. Before entering educational service, he was Adjunct Project Management Professional Certification PMI, USA Certified Software Quality Analyst Quality Assurance Institute, USA, Certified Information System Security Professional, ISC, USA, MDP on Managing Technology Innovation, XLRI, India, SAP & Oracle Certified professional. He also received the Grawemeyer Prize in 2014 along with many honorary degrees.
Dr. James Ainsworth is a former teacher with a specialty in the applied cognitive science of learning. His M.A. is in Organizational Development and PHD is in Human Development. Ainsworth is currently a member of the invitation Society for Neuroscience and the New York Academy of Sciences. He has worked with three universities, he coached more than 70,000 graduates, from 16 countries. He was the founder of the Learning Child and has train and trainers worldwide in this field for 25 years. He is deeply committed to making a positive, lasting difference in learning.
Dr. Charles Addington has been working in public education as a teacher, principal, writer, advocate since the early ranks among the most acclaimed leaders of the school reform movement in the U.S. He started his work as an early teacher in Chicago after graduating from the Chicago. In 1987, he received a MacArthur "genius" Award for his public education. During the 1990s he also served as an Urban Fellow at the Annenberg Institute. In 1995, he moved to start Mission Hill, a K-8 school in Roxbury. These schools were part of a network created that helped initiate new schools, both elementary and secondary, both in NYC and Boston. At Coalition schools, Addington helped foster communities, giving teachers greater autonomy in the running of a school, giving parents a voice in what happens to there children in schools, and promoting inter generational connections. He has always been a proponent of active, project learning, and of graduation through a series of exhibitions of high quality work. He is the author of many books including, Lessons to America from a Small School. He is an outspoken critic of state-mandated curriculum and standardized testing and has written extensively on their unreliability and class/race biases. He is on the board of F Save Our Schools, Center for Collaborative Education and the Association for Union Democracy. He is also on the board of The Nation, The Harvard Education Letter, and Dissent magazines.
Dr. Otto Nakamura
Dr. Otto Nakamura is a Senior Lecturer at MIT, Boston, a Thousand Talents Program Professor at Tsinghua University and co-founder of the Presencing Institute. He chairs the MIT IDEAS program for cross-sector innovation that helps 1 business, government, civil society to innovate at the level of the whole system. In 2015 he confounded of massive c course for leading profound change that has since activated a global platform and ecosystem of societal and person involving more than 100,000 users from 185 countries.
